I was given this Quince by another artist from her garden. I wanted another light painting and I wanted to keep it simple. After receiving the Quince I came down with a winter cold and finally was able to paint this painting the last 2 weeks of February. At that point the flowers starting changing colors and wilting. I was able to use a few of the remaining flowers for the painting. I am glad its March and I am ready for nicer weather.

Wow Christine, the glass is beautiful, the subtle grays throughout, the branches! This is terrific!
