Finally I was able to take photos of my latest paintings. During my recovery period I wasn't allowed to carry anything that weighed 10 pounds and so therefore I just took it easy. I take my pictures of my paintings outside and have to carry my equipment with me.
These roses are the first roses that bloomed in April. They were so large and very pointy. Now there are new blooms and they are smaller and more delicate. They all looked very much alike so I kept them that way in the painting. I am still working on my flowers since my workshop with Robert Johnson. They are a challenge because they are so perfect and trying to duplicate that is not easy.
